4-4.5 quarts/liters with filter.

Check your owners manual, or call the dealers customer service dept. 3 quarts sounds a bit low, maybe 5 ? with a filter change, Best check to be sure.

I would say 3 quarts is about average. Did you check your oil level stick? Next oil change Id say put in 3 quarts then check your level stick and it should be right on the "MAX" line.

Open the hood, look up at the sticker. That will tell you. Also its in the owners manual.
