through a modem, just like BT are planning to launch when they get the bugs out - you can stream tv programs on a PC and Virgin are taking this to a new level by installing a modem liek device to your TV and running the TV down a BT line. There wont be any more cable going in - it cost a fortune to put in years ago!

One of two ways

1) small animals will "act" out the programmes inside your tv a la "The Flintstones"

or

2) Via broadband

they will be lucky cos they haven't got many programmes left worth watching i find free-view better how sad am i ?
