What is so important about Vero Beach and Baywatch when it comes to harassment.?

I am doing a project on sexual harassment in the workplace and my professor said don't forget vero Beach and later her refered to Baywatch. Any ideals on what he was hinting about and where i can find some info on the net.

Baywatch is famous for the slow motion shots of the women running on the beach. Men love to watch the women's breast move up and down in slow motion for some stupid reason.
