How do you unlock your cell phone if you never entered a four digit code?

its a verizon phone, and i accidentally locked it by pressing pound like a friggin idiot!
i dont have the instruction guide or stupid 1800 number to call

I did this too....I didn't have the user manual either, so I just took it to a Verizon dealer down the block and they showed me how. (I'd tell you how, but I don't remember!)

In the past, on my Verizon phones, the unlock code was the last four digits of my cell phone number.

I have had phones in the distant past that used 0000 or 1234.

Just contact your provider. They will help you make all the calls you want to make.

All you need to do is enter the last 4 numbers of your phone number as the code. Verizon uses these as the default. I have done the same thing, and it worked for me. Hope this helps!

Try typing in the number 0000. I think it's the default code. If that doesn't work, go to your nearest Verizon store or get the number from your Verizon statement. The sales rep at the store might help.

If you never set a security code, it's likely one the following:

* 0000
* 1234
* The last 4 digits of your phone number
* The last 4 digits of your SSN. (least likely)
