I Know the guy playing "Preston" made 2 slurs against the actor playing O'Maley...does anyone know exactly WHAT was said???

Preston is played by Isaiah Washington who first made a "f@ggot" comment about TR Knight (the guy who plays George) at some point when he wasn't there. Patrick Dempsey (Derek) defended TR Knight and he and Washington got into a bit of a physical fight. He apologized, and then made another comment at the awards ceremony.

He called him a F@ggot, now he wants a pay increase and the producers are saying no, he may even get terminated, which I hope happens

Well at the award show he denied calling him a "F@ggot". So my guess is it was that.
