Computer Question?!?

Question

When I go to websites with backgrounds or w/e I can't see the background. Say it's supposed to green. I see white. The layouts all look very simple. Does anybody know how to change this or what may be wrong with my comp?

Simply goto:

Internet Explorer (which I assume you must be using) | Tools | Internet Options | General | Accessibility |

You are now there... now please do me the favour and clear every single checkbox on that small window.

Click "OK" and "OK" again until you're now back to the IE window. Now type in that address and everything will be super..
