From what I have heard if it is something your body is used to it will not prevent you from getting pregnant! In fact you can continue to work out while your pregnant, but of course you would have to slow down! The fact that you are working out, and I am guessing you eat well... that should increase your chances of pregnancy because you are so healthy. I would go to the doctor if you have been trying for more than 5 months, and see what is going on... some women do not ovulate that often, and they can help with that! I wish you the best!!

Stop calorie counting if want or /during preganancy thats the only thing you shouldn't be doing ! But excercise of any sorts fine...usually.

Exercising too hectic can add risk to baby. But if your regimen be going for a run simply once daily (lower impact to run of ground than machines that give any resistance setting) then thats fine for any phase before or after pregnancy.

If you've been having trouble the main thing that keeps you from being pregnant be your diet ! Eat some fresh fruit and get your man to eat some fishes.

yeah, i dont think excerising has anything at all with you getting pregnant or preventing you from getting pregnant. that's just a myth. it wouldn't reduce the chances. i think the only time it'd reduce your chances is it being the time of month for you. if you want to prevent pregnancy, get on some form of birth control or just stay abstinence.

How exactly is it that you think burning calories is going to prevent pregnancy? No working out will not affect your ability to get pregnant. Working out is not a contraceptive. Not even a little. Sorry :)

Ive never heard of that before. Many women exercise like that on a daily basis and they do that when they dont know they are pregnant and they end up having a healthy baby. get on birth control.

The only thing (that I can think of) that may cause not getting pregnant from exercise is something called Amenorrhea and it means a cessation of the menstral period because of a body fat percentage below average.

No. Pregnancy has nothing to do with fitness. If you are having periods, you can get pregnant. Sorry to tell you, but it's true. I think you need to learn about your own cycle so you know how it works.

No, I don't think this is a very effective form of birth control. Unless you train like an olympic gymnast, and even then I wouldn't trust exercise.

Go to a clinic and get proper birth control.

I don't know where you got that information darlin but it isn't true.
The only surefire means I know of preventing pregnancy is abstinance.
That or a vascectomy on your partners account.

Do you have a regular period? Some overly active women end up with amenorrhea (abscence of period). But those are mostly professional atheletes: gymnasts, things like that. Check with your doctor. Best of luck to you.
