I had a CDL class B drivers license I lost them for drunk driving. If I get them back do I get the CDL or not?

I don't think you can get the CDL back, but call your driver's license bureau or log onto your secretary of states web site and check it out.

Depends on the time frame and state. Now any ticket you get ina four wheeler counts against your CDL.
