how do you take the tile, page, and url off when you print a page?

Easy, in File-Page-setup.
delete or add anything you like in the header and footer.

IE Default Page Setup
margins .75
Orientation-portrait
Header:
&w&bPage &p of &P
Footer:
&u&b&d

If you try to print a webpage that is over 800 wide, and who don't.
Then print in landscape.
If the webpage is 1000-1024 then set the margin down to .25 inches to prevent it from cropping.
You might have to ignore the error about printing with a small margin

Also if you like to print all the back images like you see on your computer then in the Tools- Internet Options then Advanced tab
put in a check mark in Print Background colors and images, then click OK then OK again.

Tom's idea you would print what you highlighted, which is handy but you still get the header and footer.

Click mouse, and drag over the area you want to print, go to file, click, go to print, drop down will show up and select "selection" on printer drop down.
