exactly how to do your job? I am so sick of these miserable patients....Think I'd get fired if I knocked an old lady out?

Yes you would get fired!! Just smile and go about your way. I know it may burn you up inside but you just gotta learn to deal with it. The world runs on idiots. Its sad I know.

It happens to just about everyone. Don't let the little things like that get to you. Please don't try to knock out an old lady, she probably doesn't realize that she's offending you.

hehe, I worked at a funeral parlour, and my boss wouldn't go in the back with the "bodies" but yet she would call me on the intercom and boss me around. .. she was THE BOSS- why tell me, she was the funeral director- but yet refused to go in the embalming room... I hope she gets sh it all over her as she takes the body out of the body bag!
