Welfare - UK (USA is the absolute worst for taxpayers, best for welfare recipients)

All of these are generalizations.

Secondary education better in UK, university education better in US.

Drinking: I think it's 18 in the UK, right? 21 in the US. Advantage: UK. ;-)

Gambling: I don't know. I think a mixed picture in both countries.

Welfare/benefits: Better in the UK. At least they have universal health care coverage.

UK (based on some of the questions I see on here from Americans - so may not be a fair judgement)
Don't know, and everybody tries to cheat it anyway
Don't know the US version
Depends on your point of view. I think the UK is too lax
