Much as I like Batman, if he was unaware of Daredevil’s super senses, I think that Bruce might get his shorts handed to him on this one. Matt would be able to anticipate his every move; and Murdoch is a world class martial artist himself.
IF—and it is a big if, because you don’t specify—IF Bruce knows of his opponent's super senses, then he will do something to equal the odds, like an electronic gizmo that screams out supersonic waves that would confuse Murdoch and cause him pain.
Or, Wayne could take some extract of bat gland serum, like Man-Bat (Kirk Langstrom) used to use, and have temporary supersonic hearing and sonar for use in pitch dark conditions himself. THEN, I think Batman would win.

in my opinion i think of daredevil could win. Batman has power yet daredevil has the fee and agility. Take Mike Tyson vs Mohamed Ali as an occasion. Ali's velocity trumped Tyson's power. i think of this is the comparable case here. while it is composed of instruments if daredevil can stay away from or perhaps block bullets, batman's batarangs could be ineffective. comparable with smoke pellets, they could also have a adverse effect on batman. for my area batman's sonic contraptions could help daredevil besides. Good Fight. Both excellent hand to hand fighters. But Daredevil has only his billyclub, Batman has a whole arsenal in his utility belt (that thing must weight 500 lbs). I give it to the bat.
Bat's takes out several white noise generators from his utility belt and places them all around the fight scene, then pummels Daredevil with in and out attacks until he goes down.
