Click tools, internet options--click the connections tab--click the lan settings--put a checkmark next to Automatically detect settings--click ok--apply--ok again, restart your computer. After your computer boots up, hold the reset button in, on back of you router, with a pen, for 30 seconds, this will refresh your router, and you should be able to connect again..Good Luck..

Aquiring network address is the phase during connection when your PC is attempting to connect to the DHCP server to obtain a lease for an IP address. Make sure that you have auto obtain IP address checked in tcp/ip properties. Make sure you have encryption key right if you have one set. Make sure the DHCP service is started (start>run>type services.msc). Try powering off modem and router for a min then plugging back in.

looks you're connecting to the router, yet to not the modem. there's a situation between the modem and the router. Log into your router (examine documentation on a thank you to) frequently 192.168.a million.a million or 192.168.0.a million interior the cyber web browser, detect the status tab and launch then renew the DHCP. in case you get an handle then your router is conversing to the modem. additionally verify your modem isn't experiencing any subjects (examine lighting fixtures fixtures) and /or attempt making use of a cord to connect directly to the modem.

ekse!

First option is to restart "alles" die devices...

If still nothing happens:
try to manually renew the IP address using the command prompt (DOS). I believe this should work...

If it doesn't help, please restart everything. Setup the network from scratch.

Is is just some of the stupid wireless network problem... It can be that serous (of course its serious but not as serious as what the South African vice president did last summer)

Anyway good luck

sometimes it could get lost... try rebooting like this;

- turn off *everything* (pc's, router, modem, *everything*)
- turn on first the Modem, wait a good 30 sec to allow for it to boot
- turn on the wireless router (wait again about 30sec)
- turn on ur PC's
