Well your theory assumes something like " Materialistic Fate"
Fate means there is no freedom of will. Ie. No matter what you want "Materialistic Fate" will MAKE you do what you are "supposed to do".
That position is consistent with Evolution and a belief that non ordered inorganic things spontaneously come to life and for NO REASON AT ALL decide they have some kind of obligation to reproduce. Ie. There are not any free thoughts because that would be outisde of a closed system, ie. You are thinking what you are thinking right now because an atom from the big bang moved 2" to the left after the explosion rather than 3" to the right.
I think that's a logical absurdity. It's a logical argument against the validity of logic. Duh... No God, no free-will, no free-will no free-thoughts no free thoughts..then...uhh...i dont know..
Needless to say I dont belive that at all. Being a Christian i belive what the Bible says which is that God has GOOD desires for every person and an awesome plan but that person has the choice to accept or reject HIs will for their life. Or to say it as simply as Scripture
"Many are called, few are chosen"
God has called you from before the world was formed to do a specific task for Him, if you sit on your butt not only will it not get done, you will be held accountable on the Day of Judgment for not doing what He said and also for all the people you COULD have helped had you obeyed His Call.
Speaking of which...a good place to start is answering this question:
Do you consider youself to be a good person?

your theories are horrible. The former theory is impossible to prove, making it useless. It also is highly implausible empirically. The latter theory is too ambiguous and vague until you define what you mean by 'similar life' and 'twin'. However, it is almost certainly false as you say not most but everyone has a twin, which means just one counter-example would be sufficient to disprove it. If you're merely pointing out that there are similarities in peoples lives, that's obviously true and doesn't really contribute anything knew. so your theories in short are completely horrible and aren't really theories or hypothesis they're more like poorly constructed random guesses without any evidence in their favor.

Sounds like a theory that only works well in hindsight. Sure, everyone has a purpose, and there is some journey to get there. You will only be able to say "Oh, that was Bob's purpose in life" after Bob's purpose was reached or Bob's life had been lived.
As for the twin living the similar life, I doubt that. You may have people living similar lives, but they won't look alike.

I agree.
I firmly believe everyone has a purpose. GOD has intentions for all of us. Whether GOD created you to interact in someone's life or just to create your son who will become future president, all creations are here for a reason.
What about lives that are cut short at an early age?
They were still here for a purpose too.
Of course you will never know and it is very arrogant to ask GOD "Why am I here?". That would take the whole point out of creating.
Think about it...if you knew you would die at 21, right after you graduated from college, met you future wife and she had your son....wouldn't you do things differently. Trying your best to avoid the obvious outcome. Sort of trying to cheat death.
You can not cheat on life and you can not ask why of your superior God.
So my advice would be to just live each day to its fullest. Appreciate today and do your best with it.
Today could be the day of your purpose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you mostly. This is something I have thought about a lot and judging by my life up to now, at this point I'm not so sure if it is like you say...I hope it is that way, but sometimes I think that the main purpose we are all on this earth is to apply our will to achieve something...Because standing and waiting to pass the whole life without doing something worthy or something one feels he/she "is made" to do, knowing that one way or another he/she will fulfill what they have come for....thus human life just seems to be useless...About "the twin theory" I don't have opinion.
(Hope you understood what I'm trying to say- I'm not native English :) )

If you are correct, the only conclusion that can be reached is that life has no meaning at all. Life takes on meaning and we develop character by overcoming or attempting to overcome obstacles.
Its not the destination that counts, its the journey.
Most of the time we fail because we don't have the skill. talent, stick-to it ivness to succeed. Failure is what makes us who we are, not success.
Babe Ruth still holds the record for the most strike outs.

You observe that mature people have a philosophy of life and are going about achieving and succeeding and assume that they must have been born that way because they are everyone but you And you observe the people of your own maturity doing what they want and whatever they please and they are everyone but you So you would rather have a twin brother that has a similar life ? Get off your ***.

This theory sounds too much like predestination. I believe in free will. We are responsible for our own destiny. It's never too late to change the course of your life and choose a new destination.

You are right because we have free will. I just want to say that your actions whether they are pro-survival or contra-survival will affect your own hapiness. If you care about creating happiness in your life, you would care about what you do because it all comes back to you.
Regarding having a twin, i think that we are very unique individuals because we see things from our own perspectives and no one else can see it from that perspective but me because i am my own center and they are their own center. In a higher level, this is not true. In that level, we can be the center of any center. There is oneness in that level...
