Yes, it is possible. Actually, most of my friends are female and my best friend in the world is female. Two years ago, she and I drove to Houston Texas together and stopped in New Orleans for 3 days of Mardi Gras. We spent 5 nights together in hotels in seperate beds and there was no hanky panky.
She and I can talk about anything and we have a great deal of love for each other, but we don't want to ruin a great friendship by falling in love.

I'm kind of apprehensive about it, but I think it is possible and they can be very good ones. they just need to make sure that they don't cross the boundary. I've asked myself this question too, b/c my closest friend fell in luv with me n I was so confused on wt 2 do.
it is more likely for one of the two to fall. I think only ab't 5% of b and g friendship are maintaned as good friends. all this is due to thier different way of thinking of both sex. did I hit the spot?

there are many ppl who are friends and are females & males and not falling for each other(mostly in married ppl). but for singles sometimes we can doubt but I have seen singles being friend with each other and not intersted in a serious romantic relationship to each other.

No, some of my best friends growing up were boys and my own youngest daughter has better friends who are boys than girls. I think it shows sign of a really healthy personality who can have friends of both sexes.

YES. I'VE ALWAYS GOTTEN ALONG BETTER WITH MALES THAN FEMALES. YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU STAND WITH A MALE.....FEMALES CAN BE MUCH MORE DECEIVING.
