Just play sick. To bad it sounds like your relationship with your parents isn't so that they would understand and let you stay home. Another option is to drop kick her happy self. But I guess if you were that type we wouldn't be here. Your best bet, really, 50% is find someone who is sick. Hang around with them, share a glass of water, or just breath their same air. But playing the part has work for people for countless generations, just know the people your fooling enough to get away with it. O and remeber when being a lair like that, you have to almost convice yourself and you'll do just fine.
