I am in a pageant this Saturday, I have been in pageants before and I have usually place, but yet have never won a crown, for you girls out there who have won in pageants and have won regularly can you please give me some advice. I am competing against 25 girls for swimwear, sportswear, and evening gown. I have a tattoo on my back also so how will this effect me during my swim wear, I cannot wear a one piece and the two piece does not cover up my tattoo, also makeup is not working because my tat is so dark, so how will this effect my judging and what advice can you give me. Thank you so much, I really appreciate any answers.

It will count against you. So start experimenting with the makeup now to find what covers it. I suggest thick layers of concealer and liquid foundation.

Tattoos are skanky - should have thought about that before you got one. *my opinion - which means nothing * But, unless it is a huge tattoo the judges might not even notice it. If you are under 18 the tat might have a negative effect on your
judging.

I would find a place to airbrush (paint) over your tattoo if you think it may be the reason you have not yet been crowned.
