its too embarasing and guys are starting to notice. Any suggestions?

Because you need to wash it. Not just let water run over it. Wash it with soap and water anmd rinse. You can also buy baby wipes to use so you smell nice and are really clean after using the washroom.

If you're serious then I suggest that you soak yourself in a nice hot bath and wash your "A*S" plan and simple.
