I was playing with an ouigi board, and need to see if the story is true, or if me and my friends made it up in their minds?

There are public records of deaths in the town/city offices. If you know a location and a year it's not hard to do. If you're just searching in the dark in through an entire decade you're not going to find it. Deth records are sometimes available online
if you have the above information.

Please ditch the ouija board hon. They're dangerous and there are better ways to spend your time and even to find "spiritual" things. Playing with a ouija board should never be done without some form of protection like prayer. Believe me they seem like fun toys but they are tools and should not be used lightly.

BTW, an Ouiuja board is no more dangerous than a Barbie doll. You can use a deck of cards for divination--The Christians Poker decks are much more likely to send people to the Christian's Hell than any Ouija board.

do a google search for obituaries in 1930 and the city. It may take a while and you may even have to do an old fashioned hand search f the documentation hasn't been transferred to modern methods

I don't know of any but there are genealogical societies that could properly start you going in the right direction
