Korn never replaced Head, but they do have guitarist that tours with them (Clint Lowery former Sevendust) but he is not an offical member of Korn.
Head left Korn because he has "...chosen the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior, and will be dedicating his musical pursuits to that end." He also stated that he left the band because of an addiction to meth and he had moral objections to Korn's music.

No, Head became a born-again Christain and is helping kids through God (I swear I'm not kidding. Look it up.). They're keeping it open in case he decides to come back, but I think all bands are like that when a band member leaves.
