Date friday, which should I wear?!?

I have a date on friday night to a film festival I also happen to be on the organizing committee of, and I'm torn between two outfits. The first, dress slacks slung at the hip, white shirt tucked in, shruken girlie vest, hot sexy makeup and heels, OR should I go ultra fem and wear the sexy sleeveless number withbackseam fishnets and heels. Sharp girlie menswear or ultra girlie? Help!
