I've seen this question many times before. I find it hard to believe that it's really happening as much as some posters are claiming.
I doubt that you were searched for absolutely no reason. If you were, get a lawyer and sue them. If your case is as iron clad as you claim, there will be a long list of lawyers willing to take the case on a contingency basis.
Stop whining and do something.

Bush did not start up that, the Bloomberg administration did. What others have stated approximately consenting to a seek in case you utilize the subway is precise, yet you maintian the impressive to stroll away and refuse a seek. there is dissimilar open ended questions relating to the effectiveness of this application. not al subway entrances have those examine factors. If somebody somewhat had to hold a bomb on practice it nonetheless does not be extraordinarily complicated. this is extra approximately PR than approximately the rest. the alternative may be needed searches of all of us liek the ariports ang given the quantity and rapidity of subway return and forth that in simple terms may be completely impractical. Random searches are the terrific compromise they could arise with.

You must be one unlucky girl. Of the 339 questions you asked, about 330 of them are this same question. How often do you get stopped?
You have the right to stay off the subway. You also have the right to remain silent. May I suggest you use that right until you can think of another question?
The reason there are random searches is because the bleeding hearts say no profiling. If you don't like it, vote for judges who won't legislate from the bench.

They do have the right to stop you and search any bags you are carrying already. The new national security measures make sure they can and they do it. To keep the terrorists on thier toes-what if some terrorist put a bomb where you were standing you could have died - thats what they do- by searching everyone regularly no one knows who they are really looking for. It 's to make sure you are not carrying bombs or stuff like that. And as for who is manning our borders that would be the US National Guard doing their job to keep us safe.

This is a state of our society now. Technically speaking you were city property (subway station) thus the search was legal. You can try writing a letter of complaint to your council person, but they'll probably just cite 9/11, etc.

Well, it's called random searches for security reasons. It's either that, or the train you ride on could very well be the next one blown up by Islamic extremists. Geez, which one is worse?

Random searches are protection against terrorism.
Would you rather they searched no one and you were blown up on the subway?

Enjoy the freedom you have....it isn't free. If the subway was blown up you would be crying that no one protected you...Same answer I gave the last time you asked.

There is a sign, saying that all of our bags are subject to random search, but I do see your argument, & I see why you're frustrated.
