Calm down, I started when I was 12 and had the same fluids. The brown fluid that is kinda gooy is a blood type fluid that comes from dried blood mixed with your regular secretion. If you were having normal periods and then it suddenly has stopped and has been longer than a month tell your mom. Let her know you want to go see a female doctor and get yourself check out.
You will need to wear thin pads for the fluid so you don't ruin your panties.

First of all, don't feel embarrased! They're girls too and if they dont already have there period, they'll be getting it soon. It's nothing to feel bad about or make fun of. I suggest you go see a gynocologist, they can make sure that everything is OK. Brown fluid is normal to get when your period is light, and vagina's always have a bit of an odor but you should probably get it checked out anyway just to make sure. Especially if the odor is very strong. You shouldn't wear tampons just for the brown fluid you described, but they do make very thin " panty liners" that you can use and won't even feel them! Good luck and I'm sure everything is fine.

You are 15! Every girl or woman body is different. If it bothers you you should either talk to your mother or go to a Dr. You have to know if whatever you're experiencing is normal or not. There's no need to be embarrassed, just don't sit around waiting for it to go away. That may makes matters worse in the long run. You'll feel better if you get advice form a professional. Good Luck! This is just one step you'll need to take to understand your body even better. I think ALL women at some point in their lives have had some concern about what goes on " down there".

I suggest that you see a doctor for a diagnosis to see why it is that your not having periods ... your not suppose to use tampon when your not on your period there something call toxic shock syndrome and you could experience by doing so. Check with a doctor .. in the mean time wear pantiliners to prevent messing up your underwear and clothing--- Good Luck
