depends on what work you want.
Of course, being an EU citizen, you can just go to London, get organized and try for bar work with no problems at all...
But if you want a professional job in a bank or something like that, you need to check on Monster.co.uk and have athe right experience, language skills and qualifications. For that, a bettre option is to contact an international bank (like the Sao Paulo perhaps?) that has branches in Italy and London, and apply for a job in their London office.

It will depend on your qualifications. There are many placement agencies. Check out the Guardian newspaper site. They have tons of job listings. It will give you an idea of what's available.
