the key has come of the keyboard ans left on the keyboard is a rubber bit with metal bits around it. on the back of the key there is a black circular bit and a blue one with indents on them. i am wondering if there is anyway of fixing it.

There is definately a way of repairing it if it is a laptop that the manufacturers still support. Try googling the model number of your laptop along with keyboard repair and see if you can order the extra keys.

I would have done this for you but you didnt supply your laptops model number :S

Hey B-RAD grow up..thinks just dont pop off by themselfs,,check the web for the model you have,if its only the rubber bit that has fallen off,try a little super glue..worked for my IBM..sorry i couldnt be more help...steve

if it's still under the warranty, just call your manuf. and tell them the keys just started popping off.
