If anyone models at sutherland models, or just knows anything about the modeling agency, can you please tell me how I can get into the agency and what is the procedure that I have to go through to be accepted, and to get into the agency???!!!!

Go for it girl, when it boils down to modeling there is always an exeption. You have to push it and if that agency dosn't work out for you keep trying there just maybe a better agency who's door is open. Tyra Banks went to 8 or 9 different agencies and that very last ninth or tenth door was opened.

there they have information about the requirements, and community members to help you with questions :]
However it is a tough industry so be prepared!
unless you are atleast 5'8' and your measurements are 34-25-34,
you will experience alot of trouble. That is assuming they are an editorial agency.
