There is no average. Everything is based on how much they weighed and how long they were when they were born.

I would say about 15 pounds give or take 2 either way and height about 2 inches larger than birth. I have 3 kids though and my first daughter was 21 inches annd 13 pounds my second daughter was 15 pounds and 22 inches and my 5 month old son was 26 inches and 20 pounds all healthy happy and breast and bottle fed about 50 50. So you can see same mom same dad all babies are still diffrant. I am sure your baby is fine but as an average I would say 13 to 15 pounds and 20 to 22 inches.

At 4 months my son weighed 17.a million lbs. He replaced into, and nonetheless is, following a boost curve it somewhat is powerful for him. His healthcare expert charts his boost and he's been gaining some pound a month. My brother and SIL's infant, on the different hand, replaced into 20 lbs. at 4 months. Your son is above the 97th percentile for his weight in line along with his age, meaning he weighs extra desirable than ninety seven% of different toddlers in his age group. How long is he? If he's in share along with his weight then i does not be somewhat worried approximately it. maximum toddlers that benefit weight early on tend to point off whilst they're older or benefit weight at a slower value.

It will depend on the gender.
Here are the CDC charts that the doctors use when they tell you the percentiles. You can take 50 percentile as the average.

The actual growth charts start at page 10.
