well i can tell you from personal experience that it wont be hard but you need to tell whoever it is that they hurt your feelings and if they show no remorse then they aren't a very good friend.

well just talk to her about it. ask her why she is saying those things and figuer it out. it works every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
