I am to meet some people at the airport, one is flying in on Continental and the other is arriving on Frontier. Both will be arriving within an hour of each other. Where is the baggage claim area in the airport? I need to meet them without losing them.

Because you are not one of the passengers, you will need to meet your parties in the main terminal where baggage claim is. The gate areas are in outlying concourses accessible by an underground train. They will take the train to the Main Terminal and go up an escalator. You can wait at the top of the escalator to meet them (there's only one exit, so you all won't get lost) It's probably the best place to try to meet them because there are benches there, by a nice water fountain. Tell them to stay put when they get off the escalator if they don't see you. Baggage claim is on this level as well (Level 5)
