It's a good thing! It will provide the opportunity to create mismatches among WR's and DB's, and allow for more "situational" offensive and defensive packages. Look for the scoring to drop a little, but not much. It will get the defense more involved with having more opportunity to create stops.

I think its great because it gives more players oppurtunitys to play and lets players rest more so maybe even more exciting game because everyone is rested instead of player on both sides of the football
