Even Wal-Mart? Wow, it's one of the best lines of products for skin offered to the public. I know Sally's Beauty Supply House carries it, and so does Walgreen's Drug store, in MO.
You know I would try eBay too, they offer new(not used) products at eBay stores, and the cost is cheaper.
Example: Marc Jacobs Perfume $100.00+ @ a Dept. Store
Exact same Marc J P. $40.00 @ eBay Store(s)

Check out Wal Mart in another town, or try a local supermarket.
If all else fails, try Neutrogena. It's my fav.

They have it at wal*mart. Thats where I get it. If they don't carry it at your wal*mart then go to wal*mart.com. You can order it off of there.

Try ordering it over the internet - if you use enough you might even be able to buy in bulk and save!
