In all probability is the food you have eaten. Drink a glass of fruit juice and get moving for a short walk if possible.

Try a "power nap", no more than 1/2 hour. You'll be amazed at the results! Also, a light snack wouldn't hurt, such as a granola bar w/some juice. I'm not sure about the monitor...???

Your normal that's when everybodys energy levels start to fade. Go out to a health food store and buy panex ginseng liquid the strongest you can get. Take it 30 minutes before your lowest energy period during the day. It will not only boost your energy levels for 4 hours but make you less likely to catch colds, virus and flu.

I say no sweet snack you need carbohydrates for energy a sweet snack is a short term solution to a long term (everyday) problem. Or mix together for instance a banana high in carbs and sweet also.

Take a little walk outside or have a sweet snack. That will wake you up a little.
