Rhodes formally from the Colts visited the Buffalo Bills today. What would you say about the bills getting him? Will they or no?

I think it would be a good signing and compliment our three offensive line signings well. Our left side, featuring two of the finest young linemen in the game(Jason Peters and Derrick Dockery) will strike fear into opposing defenses. We also have Chris Brown in, for the record. But I very much doubt we're done with RBs if we sign Rhodes...it just means we don't have to draft one as early as we would have i.e. we don't have to take Marshawn Lynch at #12, but can wait on a RB until the 2nd or even 3rd round.

I would also like to call BS on the McGahee market drying up. It is simply firming up as the pool of available running backs shrinks. Signing Rhodes subtracts the most credible name left in the pool, and increases McGahee's value, because now the Bills can simply shelf him if they really want to and teams have less viable options. Already, the Browns and Ravens are said to be increasingly interested, and rumor hjas it the Giants still are. The pool of possible suitors will no doubt grow as McGahee becomes the consensus best option on the market....

Well since McGahee is on his way out, Rhodes could be the #1 guy in Buffalo next season but he wont do well because the Colts O-line is much better than the Bills. Look what happened to Edge when he left it and went to Arizona. Rhodes wont fair much better.

Who cares hes getting a chance at starting. Hes not a starter. He is a very good second back. Hes always been a back up. He started this year every game except the playoffs but after the first 5 games of the seasons the Colts realizied that Joseph Addai was the man who would and could fill Edgerrin James' shoes. They started Rhodes and put Addai in after a few series. He will still play second fiddle behind McGahee. Peace out..............

If it looks like he will start then I'm sure the Bills would have some appeal to him . It all depends on if the Bills can move Willis in time before someone swipes up this dependable RB. Last I heard Buffalo was also interested in Lamont Jordon.

Rhodes isn't good enough to be an every down back. The market for McGahee is drying up, so they'll have to patch things up.

Dominic would be decent insurance for a year or two, nothing more.

I think they might do it, unless the Raiders snap him up. They have a habit of overpaying for subpar talent.

I've read it looks like the Giants will sign him. I suppose if Buffalo makes him a better deal then.........
