Now THAT doesn't occur anymore.
I the past I could do any number of things: Reading, studying, internetting, take my entire pc apart with a srewdriver and put it back together, go out to take a walk, yessir, go to a nightclub, quitly clean the house, wake somebody up to talk, raid the fridge, etc.
Oh yeah: record my favorite music video's all night from tv, watch documentaries on the science channels

I've read that being in the sun longer durring the day will help you to have quality sleep at night. Don't watch tv, it will make you stay awake longer and develope bad bad habits, trust me. Try reading too.

I just sit there listening to music but I don't think it works. There's a DVD player on my computer in my room and I sort of turn it around to where I can watch stuff until I eventually rest my head and then I sleep. So that's what I do.
Try watching TV.

Read, get a drink of water, put on warmer clothes or get a blanket if i'm cold.
I have insomnia and wake up at 4 am completely randomly without an alarm clock.
