I know this has something to do with my septic tank. We haven't done any treatment for the tank since we moved in a year ago and this is also a stationary septic tank made of concrete. Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciate it. Please email me. Thanks.

Sounds like your septic tank needs to be cleaned. The odor you are smelling is that the septic tank and drain field is full and backing up into the house. One indicator is how slowly your water drains away. It is too late to start treatment at that point. So you should have it cleaned and talk to the guys that come to clean it and see what their recommendations are for treatment. Most likely there is a brand name treatment on the shelf of your local grocery.
I also hope your septic drain field is in good condition. The drain field is about the most expensive part of your septic system.

That's very good advice to have the tank pumped yearly (preventive maintenance is MUCH cheaper than repairs) but, in the meanwhile -- have you had strong winds in your area lately? If so, try pouring a small amount ( ~12 oz) of water into each drain. Strong winds sometimes cause the water to flow out of drain traps and so allow sewer gas to back up into the house.

it might not be vented ,go up in your attic and take a flashlight and look for a 3" pipe that goes to your roof ,there should be a 1'' and a half pipe T `ed off to your sink and another for your tub ,n toilet
hope this helps
