Ok, ok sorry. I want to know how to make cat eyes or how to make my eyeliner "work" as i didn't use it for a long time and it has dried

OK, here are my secret beauty stuff:
1. Avoid dark colors as shadow
2. Do dark colors thinner
3. Avoid white
4 .Use a thin brush
5. For a girly quick look, try white eyeshadow on lid topped with navy blue liquid liner and pink lip gloss.

Can you be more specific? You need to know if your hair and skin tones are cool, warm or neutral. Almost all cosmetic lines mark their colors in this fashion so that you can have a general colour scheme.
