Go to My Computer, right-click the C:\ drive, click on Properties, and then you'll see your memory.

What kind of memory? Ram or your HDD memory?
For your Ram memory right-click on My computer icon and select properties. U will be able to see the amount of RAM installed on your pc
For your HDD space left click on my computer icon and left click on each of the HDD drives (ie: C:, D: ) and select properties. U will see how much memory u have occupied and how much u have left.

Ram or Hard Drive Memory? for ram click on start then right click on My Computer then click on properties. For hard drive again go to start the click on my computer then right click on (C) Drive then go to properties.

Try telling it to remember stuff, and see how much it can handle before it starts forgetting.

Just kidding. Press 'ctrl+alt+del' and bring up the task manager. Choose 'performance' and it will tell you how much physical memory you have. Round it off to the first three numbers and that is how many megabytes of ram you have.
