Completely possible. My friend in Oregon had an inclement weather day, no school, and it was because of rain.
I had no school in February, the week of Valentine's Day. 7 days with no school!!!
That was fun. But it sucked because I couldn't leave my house from 7-11 A.M. on the first three days because the doors were blocked with snow, after blizzards that were in the night!I did leave though. I chose to get out through a window, and almost twisted my ankle when I landed in the snow, because my friends got out of the way, when they originally were supposed to catch me. lol

Not possible! Schools close only because of snow!
I wish it would close due to wind and cold!
