Reportedly planned by Marie Antoinette, the escape of the royal couple from Paris was stopped at Varennes on October 21, 1791. Imprisoned with the king, Marie Antoinette continued to plot. She hoped for foreign intervention to end the revolution and free the royal family. She urged her brother, the Holy Roman Emperor Leopold II, to intervene, and supported a declaration of war against Austria in April, 1792, which she hoped would result in the defeat of France.

Marie Antoinette was executed by the guillotine. She was charged with aiding the enemy and inciting civil war.

France fought with Austria many times. I think the war to which you are refering is the Seven Years War. Though the Marie Antoinette quote, which is likely bogus, is said to have led to the French Revolution which was not really a war versus Austria. Austria did intervene on behalf of the French monarchy, but that did nothing to save Louis and Marie from being beheaded. Hope this helps.

Austria has come in Macedonia 1690 and fought against Turks. General Picolomini burned Skopje cause of plague and the town never raised again like before.
