because there body hasnt had enough time during nite time sleep to recuperate itself so the body shuts down sum things during the day to regain a full tank

actually it is very healthy -like meditation.....we need a creative break from reality every now and then....also it can be very useful in formulating thoughts on how we can better our every day lives, what we wish for and hope for
