im from america, washington d.c., and i just started playing the fifa video game last year, for some reason i always picked chelsea and learned how to play very well. know i watch sky sports every evening to keep up wit premership and mainly chelsea, i even bought some chelsea shorts, i never thought i wud be a soccer fan let alone a chelsea fan, so yes they wud have to be the best FC in england to even have american fans, i dont know about before wasnt a fan yet.
