Kryolan makes a beautiful paint. Be careful working outdoors- it can tarnish!
Also, make sure if you cover your whole body you leave some parts un-painted (under your costume.). Your skin needs to breathe.

You can usually find it at any reputable costume shop. If not, I'd consider asking someone who works with cosmetics. They have just about EVERYTHING!
