LOVE HER AND COMFORT HER AND ASK YOUR MOM IF SHE CAN STAY OVER AT YOUR HOUSE UNTIL THE DEPRESSION STOPS
also-----speak up if you find someone accusing her! if more than one person other than herself speaks up against the 'culprit', they're bound to be found out.

you haven't really expressed the problem but there isn't much you can do if someone really wants to kill themselves.Maybe speak to her parents because if she does they would want to have known she was thinking that way.In school, children first start to socialize and think others opinion count concerning who they are but you and all your young friends should know that these people who you are mingling with while in school are no more knowledgeable then you and their ideas are no more than yours and you probably won't see many of them again after school any way.Tell her to ignore those who spread false rumors about her and ignore those who choose to believe them. Most people who try to break another down are usually intimidated by that person in some way and don't want to show their admiration so they show their jealousy.Good luck and laugh and I mean really laugh when others try to slander your name for what goes around eventually comes back around.

be there for her as much as possible, be positive for her encourage her, let her know she is cared about.
The thing about being in school is there are so many different people with different points of view and their opinion will not matter in the long run. Half the people you spend your school life with won't be around later on in life. Remind her that others opinions of her don't matter and that all that does matter is that you care about her. Stand up for her, if someone starts talking sh*t about her and you overhear it, step in, let these people know that what they are doing is wrong, they may not like that you are telling them off but it shows that you disagree with their behaviour, sometimes all it takes is one person to tell them all to can it. Give her a hug for me and let her know everything will be okay.

First of all you need to go to a trusted adult (either a teacher, guidance officer/counselor, parent, aunt, neighbor) and tell them you are concerned she may harm herself over this situation. Next, you need to go to the appropriate school official and tell them who is blaming your friend and that she didn't do it. If you believe that your friend could truly hurt herself over this you need to tell her parents too. Please speak to a responsible adult asap. Sometimes when we are teenagers events seem life altering. The good news is that high school ends and real life begins and you can forget all the s**t that happened when you were in high school and move on. Good luck and God Bless.

Is she really suicidal?
Get a teacher in there first thing in the morning! You may be seen as a tell tale but you could also save someones life. That 'friend' of yours deserves at least that i'm sure!
Once you've saved her, get her to teach you English and typing skills......

Call her parents NOW and tell them she is planning to kill herself. She needs to be watched constantly so that she will not do it.
