i'm going to spain i'm a senior resident in usa, and they are asking me to proof if i have travel medical insurance anybody can tell me how to get a travel medical insurance thank you.

your medical ins might carry it... just call them if they don't they will be able to tell you who does

You should call your current medical provider - ask them if you are covered for travelling abroad - you may have to fax the travel company a copy of your insurance card.
Otherwise - the travel agency you booked your tour with can help you purchase medical travel insurance - its usually based on the total trip price or days -
