they sleep together behind closed doors saying they go to sleep lisenting to the stereo, they are never apart, and even walk in the shopping stores with arms around each other

The parent or parents should do something about this, they are going to grow needing each other and never being apart. Maybe they are not getting enough attention from the parents, it sounds like the 13 yr. old girl looks up to her brother and she might see him as her safety net. Especially if there is not a male role model or vise versa the 14 yr. old boy might not have a mother figure.

Find a dictionary and look up the word "incest". This isn't normal and could lead to a major case in criminal court. They should stop it now before it goes too far. State laws were passed stating that even 1st cousins couldn't marry and have children. What do you think the law says about a brother and a sister??

It's unusual. They are so close in age, that they seem to act like twins. I would consult a child psychologist

umm i guess they feel really attached to each other but it will lead to more serious issues like incest because they are so close to each other. i think the best think right now for those two is psychiatrist

Sleeping is a euphemism for bonking senseless, unless there really is actual sleep going on and ONLY sleep. Either way it's a no-no!

They're probably in love. Just let them explore their feelings for each other. If you are tempted to interfere, remind yourself that what they do in bed is none of your business - just as what you do in bed is none of theirs.
