The law sets the age of LEGAL consent. In some states it is as low as 11 with parental consent. In others it is as high as 21. The question you have to ask yourself is are you old enough to have sex? If you are under 18 then sex is probably a bad idea. Of course no teenager believes that. They know this because of their vast experience. If your cousin is under 18 then almost any adult would advise her to wait till she is older, but being young she will probably ignore this good advice and do what she wants. The best help you can give her is to tell her that she is the one who has to live with the consequences of her actions so choose wisely.

i would say the mystery cousin should figure out that sex is not just another baseball game.
Having a child at 14 is pretty sorry and it lasts a life time. Find another pass time that does not include sex. Leave it alone until some maturity enters the picture. If you want to help her talk to her mom.

i was not long before i turned 18 but i say not to much younger it just sounds worng that someone not completely Mature (body & mind) wise is having sex. But when you want.
