is there fluid in the resevoir...the tank that holds wiper fluid...if there is, you probably have a hole in the line from the tank to the sprayers. press the washer switch on dry concrete...if there is a puddle of water under your truck, then there is a hole in your line. if not it may be the pump. when you press the washer switch you should be able to hear it

guess you have checked the fluid level
make sure the hoses are connected and not leaking
had a GM washer one time - by replacing the $2 set of O rings(3)
it picked right back up

This is the time of year, with cool nights, it is just possible it may be a simple matter the fluid froze and once it warms up, it will start working again.
Beyond that, I would check the fuses.

Once you have checked the fuses and they are OK, it is probably the pump, you can purchase a cheap replacement at an auto parts store. they usually go into your reservoir and tee into your existing fluid and electrical line. Try back washing your fluid tees and sprayer first.

in my van when that happened my husband checked fuses and everything but it ended up being a rubber ring broke by where the winshield connects to the car
