If you cannot wait, how about selling your 3.11 and buy one with 1.50 or 3.03 OE-c on Ebay?

for psp? well u know ppl r workin on it. give it about a month, and next time dont upgrade it (lol) im stuck with u at 3.11 for now, you could also try and trade or sell urs on ebay as a last resort
