It depends on your facial features and how your brows are shaped. Some people have higher brows some have lower brows. Some peoples rows are right above the eyes while some peoples brows are higher. And of course, it also depends on the TYPE of sunglasses you are wearing. If you are wearing big ones like Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton then your brows probably won't show. If you are wearing smaller sized sunglasses then it probably will. Either way i'm sure it'll look good.

I always thought that the top of the frame should be equal with the brow... makes sense I think otherwise they'd either look too big or too small.

it depends on the style of the glasses you fool. if you are trying to work out whether you have disproportionately high/low eyebrows from this then GOD how vain and stupid are you. GET A JOB.
