I'm a bit interested in this. You can train yourself to where you can see where anything is. Wondering if anyone has any personal experience with this and willing to share tutorials on how to preform.

Reduce distractions as much as possible. Close your eyes. Remember what it is like to watch static on a television set? Try to see the static with your eyes closed. Keep your attention on this static for as long as you can. When you are completely neutral, think of the strongest quality of what you want to see. The static will start to take shape. Think of the next strongest quality...and keep thinking of each quality (NOT the thing itself) until the static has formed a picture of what you're searching for. Then, you ignore the "thing" and try to examine the surroundings as much as you can. Catalogue the qualities of the surrounding area. Keep listing them as you describe it as much as you can. Once the qualities are established you can start filling in the picture piece by piece.

You then have a pretty good map of where. Remember not to focus on what.

Be careful of the qualities you search for.
